Making Reservations
Please have one person only from your cabin call the general reservation number at (740)869-2020. Tell them you want to make a cabin, or lodge room reservation under the Castanien Family Reunion Group Reservation or group code GCAS  (very important to include this information if you want the group rate). Do NOT ask them for any specific room or cabin assignment, they will NOT give that to you. If you need any specific accommodations, be sure to tell me and I  will make arrangements with the park. The park requires a deposit of one night's rate plus taxes.  If you have any trouble or concerns with your reservation or the process, please contact Jill at jill.draper@fioptics.com or (859)802-4524. Please let me know when you have made a reservation so I can keep track.

Deadline for making your reservation is September 1, 2024 - NO LATER!  After that, they will release any remaining cabins to the public. If by chance we are sold out, please let me know and I will make a reservation for you. Wouldn't it be great if we had so many people coming that we didn't have enough cabins or rooms! :-)

Rates:
Cabin $198.00 per night, excluding taxes & fees
Lodge King room (wood view) $170.00 per night, excluding taxes & fees
Double Queen lodge room (wood view) $170.00 per night, excluding taxes & fees.

All cabins are newly renovated and the lodge was completed in 2023.  The cabins do not have access to the lake or areas to hang out behind the cabins (steep slope) so we will hang out in the cul-de-sac in front of all the cabins. We have reserved 9 cabins, 2 standard king lodge room for Friday and Saturday nights, and 2 double queen lodge rooms for Friday and Saturday nights.  I did not book Thursday or Sunday night into the group so if you want to come early or stay late you can ask if the cabin or room is available that extra night, and I suggest booking early!  We have a small group of people who have had fun coming on Thursday night so consider that option to enjoy a leisurely Friday and see the area.

There are campsites in the park not far from the cabin area, and hookups for campers and RV's. You can find the reservation information for campsites on the park website at www.ohiodnr.gov/go-and-do/plan-a-visit/campgrounds.com.

Thank you for making this process easy for me! Jill
